is currently seeking qualified Occupational Therapist candidates to join our dynamic team. As an occupational therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing facility setting following an individualized plan of care.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent care and customer service to patients and family members.
Collaborate with facility staff to ensure comprehensive care.
Evaluate new patients, develop plans of care, and set measurable, functional goals.
Treat patients, answer concerns, and educate them on injury, progress, and probable outcomes.
Reevaluate patient progress, revise plans of care, and reset goals.
Complete timely and accurate documentation including evaluations, re‑evaluations, discharges, and daily progress notes.
Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants.
