Experienced RNs with leadership skills and a passion for excellence in nursing care are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the nursing department, including staffing assignments, scheduling, and coordination of care. Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. Conduct regular rounds to assess resident needs, monitor care delivery, and address issues promptly. Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents. Assist with resident assessments, care planning, and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and educational programs to enhance nursing practice and resident care. Benefits
