We are currently seeking a highly motivated Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to join our team, which is dedicated to caring for individuals facing challenges with mental health and substance abuse in a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) setting.
This role requires the QMHP to lead group sessions focusing on essential skill building. Areas of focus include daily living skills, communication, processing past trauma, anger management, and psychoeducation to promote recovery and personal growth.
Responsibilities
Working with other professionals and community partners to help clients meet their goals.
Facilitating group discussions based on group dynamics while creating a safe and supportive space.
Documenting client progress, attendance, and outcomes, ensuring all records are in compliance with DBHS regulations.
Providing direct therapeutic services, training, and psychoeducational support.
Qualifications
Must be a Qualified mental health professional.
At least 1 year experience.
Salary starting pay $25- $30 based on experience
Schedule: Day shift Monday -Thursday 9 am-2 pm
