Perimeter Behavioral Hospital of Arlington has a great opportunity for full-time day and night shift Registered Nurses. We are seeking individuals who are committed to improving our patient's lives by using a patient centered, collaborative approach to providing high quality of care.

Registered Nurses' responsibilities
Providing quality and excellent nursing care to assigned behavioral health children and adolescents.
Regularly assess, plan, implement and evaluate each resident's care and produce a comprehensive nursing assessment care and current nursing care plan.
Develops measurable goals on the Multi-disciplinary Treatment Plan that are mutually set with the treatment team, and resident.
Complete daily progress notes for assigned residents.
Provides a safe, therapeutic environment that protects resident's rights.
Maintains professional relationship with patients, family members and the staff of the facility.
Qualified candidates for Registered Nurse should have the following :
Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Texas or eligible compact license.
Behavioral hospital experience strongly preferred.
Must be BLS certified.
Must complete Handle with Care training during hospital orientation.
Must be available to attend a full week of hospital orientation and department training that follows.
Shifts available Full-Time 7:00am-7:00pm or 7:00pm-7:00am
Earn weekday and weekend night shift differential!
