Job Description As a Certified Medical Assistant you will provide clinical support to ensure efficient operation of our Robbinsville location, supporting doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management while communicating with accuracy, quality and timeliness.
Duties
Take and record vital signs and EKGs.
Prepare patients for examinations.
Obtain and update patient medication lists and administer injections.
Authorize prescription refills as directed by physicians.
Use EMR, room patients and perform clerical work as needed.
Travel to other locations when required.
Requirements
Medical Assistant Certification required.
Proven working experience as a medical assistant.
Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures.
Excellent time management skills with ability to multi‑task and prioritize work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Willingness to travel to other locations as needed.
