What You Will Do Deliver comprehensive Physical Therapy services in patients' homes, including:
Conduct thorough evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
Set meaningful goals to improve mobility, function, and quality of lifeAdjust interventions based on patient progress and needs
Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to optimize outcomes
What You Need
Current Florida Physical Therapy License
CPR Certification
Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions
Compassion, clinical expertise, and the ability to motivate patients toward their goals
