Registered Nurse Stroke and Neurology
Location: Forsyth Medical Center – Winston Salem, NC
Schedule: 7:00am–7:00pm, Day Shift, Full‑time
We are actively hiring Registered Nurses for multiple roles! The NHFMC Neurosciences Unit is a 43‑bed acute inpatient unit dedicated to the care of patients with stroke and other neurological and neurosurgical disorders, with 33 medical telemetry beds, 6 medical surgical beds, and 4 intermediate level epilepsy monitoring beds.
Sign‑on bonus available up to $15,000 and relocation up to $7,500!

What We're Looking For
Education:
4‑year/Bachelor’s degree preferred; graduating from an accredited nursing school required. If your RN license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more, a Board‑approved refresher course must be completed prior to reinstatement.
Experience:
One year relevant experience preferred.
Licensure and Certification:
Current RN licensure in the appropriate state required.
