Couples Therapy Services is hiring a fully licensed or prelicensed therapist to join our Princeton and Manalapan teams.
About Us Founded in 2013, Couples Therapy Services is a growing private practice dedicated to helping couples and individuals build stronger, healthier relationships using evidence‑based approaches. We’re a collaborative, compassionate team that values high‑quality care, ongoing learning, and therapist well‑being.
As a private‑pay practice, we focus on meaningful, sustainable clinical work — without the stress of insurance administration. Training and professional growth are central to our culture, and our therapists have access to leading models such as The Gottman Method, Imago Therapy, and DBT for Couples.
We’re looking for a thoughtful, motivated therapist who is passionate about relational work and values collaboration, learning, and long‑term impact.

Responsibilities
Provide psychotherapy to individuals and couples, in person and via telehealth
Maintain timely and ethical clinical documentation
Support clients through relationship challenges, life transitions, and personal growth
Apply therapeutic approaches with care, curiosity, and intention
Participate in consultation and ongoing professional development
Requirements
Ability to conduct in‑person sessions at our Princeton office (hybrid option available)
Availability for
at least two evening shifts per week
Minimum caseload of
10 clients , with the opportunity to grow up to
25
Openness to a supported caseload ramp‑up, typically over
3–6 months
Active licensure as
LCSW, LPC, LMFT , or prelicensed ( LSW, LAC, LAMFT ) with at least
2 years of clinical experience
Experience or formal training in couples therapy is preferred
