Description We are hiring for Mental Health Therapists at Leading By Example LLC! Leading By Example, LLC is not just any other mental health agency. This position is contractual. This role models our new fee-for-service compensation structure, where Clinicians get paid a percentage through service reimbursements, depending on Licensure. We have both virtual and in-person clients. Most of the LBE Contracted Licensed Therapist clients will be virtual.
Service reimbursements percentage per licensure are as follows:
LMSW - 40%
LGPC - 40%
LCSW-C - 45%
LCPC - 45%
You can expect to take home about $50,000 - $70,000/ annually, with the minimum of 10 billable hours weekly.
Although you can make anywhere between $50,000- $70,000/annually based on 10 billable hours weekly, there's a huge potential for more. This is a contractual position, meaning you are a 1099 employee, but that does not cap your pay. This position has the potential to make $110,000/annually depending on desired amount of hours per week. This role is extremely flexible.
We are also currently working on adding AI documentation some time in the future, making note taking and documentation easier than ever.

Position Responsibilities: Clinical Service Delivery: Complete assessments of clients and assign them to the appropriate level of care.
Engage clients in developing and maintaining therapeutic relationships.
Develop and implement individual treatment plans.
Review the goals and interventions with the clients on a quarterly basis for outpatient clients, and a monthly basis for intensive outpatient clients.
Facilitate family involvement as appropriate.
Obtain all necessary authorizations to communicate with family and other providers, and facilitate care coordination.
Track, monitor, and document the client's progress in achieving established goals.
Make appropriate referrals, with the written consent of clients.
Document a minimum of 10 full sessions per week.
Documentation: Complete intake packets for assigned clients.
Complete contact notes for each visit with clients.
Complete Assessments and treatment plans.
Complete critical incident reports and submit reports within 48 hours.
Coordination: Collaborate with other providers as clinically appropriate and with proper consent.
Supervision: Attend the general staff meeting on a monthly basis.
Attend clinical and general training sessions when required.
Attend group and individual supervision meetings as needed.
Attend OMHC clinical team meetings as needed.
Qualifications: Master's degree in the Behavioral Health Field
LGPC/LMSW, LCPC/LCADC/LCSW-C required
Recent or Upcoming Graduates encouraged to apply!
Active Professional Liability Insurance
Position Requirements Qualifications Master's degree in behavioral health field or are a prospective graduate of a master's program in the behavioral health field
Superior communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
LGPC or LMSW minimum licensure requirement; however, prospective graduates who intend on obtaining a license are encouraged to apply!
Preferred Qualifications Advanced independent licensure (LCPC or LCSW-C)
Proficiency in multiple therapeutic modalities (ACT, CBT, DBT, Child-Centered Play, IFS, MBCT, etc)
