Position Overview The Lead Maitre’d sets the tone for the entire guest experience. As the first and last point of contact, you will lead the front desk with poise, warmth, and precision. Beyond greeting and seating, you will orchestrate the flow of the dining room, manage reservations (SevenRooms), and collaborate with the service team to ensure that every guest enjoys a seamless, memorable visit. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
Lead Host/maitre'd experience at a high‑volume, upscale restaurant preferred – but we're willing to train the right person.
Strong knowledge of reservation and guest management systems (experience with SevenRooms a plus).
Polished communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests.
Calm and professional demeanor under pressure; strong problem‑solving skills.
Passion for hospitality and a natural ability to anticipate guest needs.
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
