Provide weekly skills training and case management Develop and implement safety-focused Crisis Plans Lead collaborative recovery team meetings Meet face-to-face with clients across various settings Maintain 30+ billable hours weekly Reassess client needs and adjust treatment plans as needed Assist families in accessing support services and financial resources You’re a Great Fit If You
Hold a bachelor’s in psychology, social work, or a related field (QMHP-CS eligible) Have 1+ year of experience supporting children, youth, or families Thrive in dynamic, community-based work Communicate with empathy and lead with professionalism Can document services clearly and meet timelines Are bilingual (Spanish/English)—not required but highly valued! At McHur Care, we offer a flexible and rewarding pay structure designed to support the unique nature of community-based mental health work: Hourly Rate: $25-$28 per billable hour Bi-Monthly Stipend based on average weekly billable hours: 15–24 hours/week: $200 stipend 25–34 hours/week: $400 stipend 35–40 hours/week: $500 stipend Stipend covers: Documentation, training, required meetings, and outreach events Training Pay: Receive payment for one 40-hour workweek at your regular rate upon completing initial training Guaranteed Pay Structure
Full-Time: Guaranteed 25 hours/week with a $200 stipend Part-Time: Guaranteed 15 hours/week with a $200 stipend Why McHur Care?
