Provider Experience
Flexibility: Work from home or wherever you’re most comfortable.
Support: Full‑time Admissions and Assessment team handles scheduling and non‑session communications.
Consistency: Calendar is kept full; groups and individual sessions are scheduled at the same time weekly.
Relationship building: Max 8 clients per group to allow in‑depth work and sustainable healing.
Collaboration: Participate in case discussions with other clinicians.
Free CEUs: All clinical staff receive free, online CEUs.
AI‑Powered Documentation: AI‑powered virtual scribe streamlines clinical documentation.
We’re hiring 100% remote therapists! We accept independently‑licensed and junior‑licensed clinicians. Licensure supervision may be provided for junior‑licensed individuals. Senior‑license equivalents include LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, APC, AMFT.
About the Role
Provide telehealth services (mental health, substance use, or eating disorder care).
Can be either a contract/1099 or W2 position.
Contract: Minimum 12 hrs/week for group and individual/family sessions; flexible scheduling.
W2: Full‑time availability with evenings and Saturdays for group sessions.
Clinicians must be well‑versed in a variety of modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification is a plus).
Comfortable working with ages from children to adults.
Passionate about group treatment and skilled in conducting group sessions.
Team‑oriented, creative, and engaging, especially over video.
Must be available in the evenings to meet client schedules.
Qualifications
Licensed mental health or substance use counselor (all disciplines welcome).
Experience working with a wide range of ages.
Master’s degree in mental health or related field.
Availability: 12–40 hrs/week (1099) or 40 hrs/week (W2).
Familiarity with Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, EMR, and outcomes survey software.
Admissions Team Handles the Details
Scheduling aligned with your availability.
All client communications outside sessions are handled by the Admissions Support Team.
Billing and insurance questions are managed by the admissions team.
Full‑time outreach and marketing ensure a full schedule.

Compensation range (W2): $53,000–$75,000 base, with a potential bonus bringing total to $57,000–$80,000.
