RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicate case planning throughout lab departments
Coordinate and participate in CAD/CAM processes – scanning, designing, manufacturing
Operate manufacturing equipment including milling machines, 3D printers, and sintering ovens
Meet tight deadlines while consistently producing quality restorations
Read work prescriptions and examine cases to determine design of dental restoration
Fabricate crowns, bridges, and inlays/onlays
Read, interpret, and design dental restorations to client specifications using a dental CAD
SOFTWARE & COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Communicate with clear and concise oral and written skills to effectively work with technicians and doctors
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Crown and Bridge Design in CAD/CAM technology
Certified Dental Technician (CDT) and 3‑5 years of related experience in the fabrication of crowns, bridges, and inlays/onlays; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with 3Shape, NobelExocad, and other desktop scanners and software
Knowledge of CAD/CAM processes (scanning, designing, manufacturing)
Ability to operate manufacturing equipment including milling machines, 3D printers, and sintering ovens
Proficient in dental anatomy and terminology
Experience in a regulated environment preferred
Must have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; must work together and communicate with all other departments throughout the lab
Additional attributes: Willing to learn, critical thinking, detail‑oriented, organized, self‑directed
COMPENSATIONS & BENEFITS
Hourly rate: $20–$35 per hour depending on experience
