The Customer Partner is responsible for building and maintaining deep customer relationships, driving profitable growth with a consultative approach, and ensuring account profitability while cultivating a culture of integrity and continuous improvement. Responsibilities
Create, maintain and develop deep customer relationships to credibly build and maintain valued CxO relationships. Drive profitable growth leading with a consultative approach and Kyndryl Consulting. Responsible for lead generation through to closure, delivering new scope and value, and minimizing erosion in renewals. Deliver on budget, owning revenue, profit/loss and growth objectives. Ensure account profitability, leading operating margin improvement of existing business while generating profitable growth. Increase utilization and billability of resources assigned to the account. Generate opportunities and drive through to closure, expanding existing work into larger scope and new capabilities; build a go‑to‑market pipeline with partners to jointly pursue and win deals. Demonstrate distinctive expertise by building deep industry expertise and applying that expertise to help customers realize value. Own account P&L, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure account compliance by acting with integrity. Invest in the development of the people on the account and across it. Act as a steward of the Kyndryl culture. Qualifications
10+ years of experience managing sales process end‑to‑end. 5+ years of experience running account P&L $10M+. Must have experience on government accounts. Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and government industry best practices. Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends and risks. Open‑minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers. May be required to travel up to 25%. Bonus Skills & Education
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree. Sales experience in technical solutions. Compensation & Benefits
The U.S. compensation range for this position is $159,240 to $286,560 based on a full‑time schedule, with actual compensation varying by geography, job‑related skills and experience. For part‑time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. Eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus and a sales commission plan.
