Your Impact
Provide exceptional patient care, tailored to individual needs and ages.
Coordinate and implement comprehensive nursing plans, ensuring high standards of care.
Utilize effective communication strategies to foster teamwork and patient satisfaction.
Engage in valuable health education and discharge planning with patients and families.
Your Qualifications
Current New Mexico RN license or a Compact state license.
Valid BLS and ACLS Certification from AHA.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Experience in a clinical setting with a focus on Digestive Health is a plus!
Physical & Environmental Demands
Ability to handle emergency situations and physical demands, including prolonged standing and walking.
Willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Team Collaboration
Work under the supervision of the Patient Care Director or Manager.
Participate in orientation and mentoring of new staff/students.
Foster a positive work environment and promote team spirit.
Your Role Includes
Obtaining and documenting initial assessments of patients.
Reassessing patients to track progress and identify trends that require attention.
Executing timely interventions that are responsive to patient needs.
Performing Point of Care testing procedures as needed.
