Project specifics:
$135M mixed‑use and multi‑family construction located in Muskegon, MI. The project is on month 7 of a long‑term schedule. The on‑site team currently has 1 senior superintendent and a project manager who handles safety and day‑to‑day operations. This role will coordinate scheduling and subcontractor coordination with Higley employees and sub‑contractors. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
Deliver timely results to exceed company goals for profitability, schedule, quality and safety. Serve as the primary field contact for owners and project stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication. Coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, maintain quality control and client relationships. Lead daily and weekly meetings with foremen and subcontractors to ensure alignment and efficiency. Establish quality control plans and manage timely project closeout. Required Skills and Qualifications
4‑year degree in the AEC space or equivalent trade experience. 10+ years of construction experience, including large‑scale projects $100M+. Exceptional scheduling and coordination skills to align all subcontractors and internal personnel on project deliverables. Nice‑to‑Have
Engineering certifications (P.E), OSHA, USGBC, CMMA, ASHE or similar. Experience Level

This is a Contract‑to‑Hire position based out of Muskegon, MI. Pay and Benefits
Pay range: $50.00‑$73.00/hr.
