Maintenance Supervisor (1st Shift – 4x10 Schedule) Bilingual Spanish/English Preferred We’re hiring a hands‑on Maintenance Supervisor to keep our plant and facility equipment running at peak performance. This role combines technical expertise with leadership and offers a stable 1st‑shift schedule Monday–Thursday.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production and facility equipment
Perform preventive maintenance and electrical/mechanical diagnostics (24V–480V)
Lead maintenance projects and mentor junior mechanics
Document work and communicate clearly with the team
What You Need
Journeyman‑level skill in mechanical repair, electrical systems, PLCs, drives, welding, plumbing/pipefitting, pneumatics, and machine tools
Ability to work independently and support a diverse team
Licenses/certifications in one or more trades (electrical, mechanical, welding, pneumatic, plumbing, facilities repair)
Preferred
Manufacturing experience
Experience with high‑speed processing or paper‑converting equipment
Bilingual Spanish/English
