Position Overview
The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing all on‑site construction activities for clean and high‑purity process piping and related equipment and systems within semiconductor facilities. This role ensures projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in strict compliance with build‑to‑print project specifications, project documents, high‑purity QAQC standards, and semiconductor customer construction protocols. Key Responsibilities
Lead daily site operations for construction and installation of clean and high‑purity process piping systems, ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications, and customer quality standards. Interpret and manage project documents, including blueprints, P&IDs, plan drawings, specifications and build‑to‑print documents, to ensure verifying quality and accuracy of field installations. Oversee scheduling, manpower planning, and material coordination to meet project milestones and client customer timelines. Manage and direct site foremen, supervisors, and craft personnel to ensure safety, productivity, quality, and budget goals are achieved. Maintain close communication with project management, partner trades, QA/QC, and safety teams to coordinate activities and resolve issues promptly. Ensure compliance with semiconductor cleanroom and high‑purity construction requirements, including FOD prevention and contamination control. Monitor subcontractor performance, ensuring alignment with Foresight On‑site standards, customer expectations and project deliverables. Track project progress against budget and milestones, document delays and constraints in daily reports, and communicate updates to leadership and clients as required. Participate in pre‑construction planning, constructability reviews, and tool installation project scheduling. Enforce site safety policies and foster a culture of safety and accountability. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent field experience accepted. Minimum 5+ years of site management or supervisory experience in semiconductor or high‑purity construction environments. Proven experience with build‑to‑print installations, blueprint reading, and clean and high‑purity process piping plumbing systems. C4 Pipefitting License preferred. Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, budget and material control. Excellent leadership, communication, problem solving and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management and scheduling software (e.g., Excel, Word, PDF viewers, MS Project, Primavera, or similar). Understanding of FOD control, cleanroom protocol, clean and high‑purity material and equipment handling. Ability to read and interpret specs, P&IDs, isometrics, and fabrication drawings.
