**About the Role:** Suzano is looking for a **Human Resources Payroll Specialist**to join our team at our Pine Bluff, AR facility. This role will be essential in serving as a tactical partner and trusted advisor to plant leadership, while managing payroll operations and supporting a wide range of HR functions, including compliance, employee relations, workforce planning, and policy implementation. This position ensures accurate and timely payroll processing for employees at the Pine Bluff Mill while acting as the bridge between HR strategies and local operational execution. 4+ years of experience in payroll administration and HR Generalist responsibilities, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Experience navigating Workday system Experience navigating UKG HCM systemStrong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax compliance, and wage and hour laws. Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems & Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work autonomously with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience supporting a unionized environment. Familiarity with multi-state payroll processing.
