Responsibilities
Lead and energize production teams to deliver peak performance and accountability
Champion safety and maintain a clean, organized, hazard‑free environment
Drive innovation through continuous improvement in product quality and processes
Own operations by managing timecards and directing activities during downtime for maintenance and optimization
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or management role
Proven experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
