Receiving Department
on a temp to Hire basis in
Alpharetta, Ga.
In this role you will be: 1st shift 5:00AM-1:30PM $16.50/hr
Unloading & Receiving
: Safely unload freight from trucks, checking for accuracy and damage.
Inventory Management
: Scan, count, and record incoming inventory into the WMS, ensuring proper location.
Put-Away
: Move received products to designated storage locations (shelves, racks).
Quality Control
: Identify and report discrepancies, damaged items, or quality issues.
Safety & Housekeeping
: Adhere to all safety protocols, maintain clean work areas, and ensure proper equipment use.
Teamwork
: Collaborate with inbound, outbound, and replenishment teams.
Skills & Qualifications
Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer skills (WMS experience is a plus).
Good communication skills.
Typical Environment
Fast-paced, often requires working in early mornings.
Can involve varying temperatures and physical tasks like climbing and lifting.
