What you have done and what you will do:

Demonstrated hands on experience with multiple implementations of the core suite of ITOM applications (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, SAM/HAM)

Experience leading at least three full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations.

Excellent understanding of CMDB data models and relationships, along with hands on experience configuring CMDB for advanced technologies like containerization and cloud services (AWS, MS Azure, etc.)

In depth understanding and proven experience with implementing Common Services Data Model through the Fly maturity level.

Ability to analyze existing business services and their relationships with other CIs, and map them for successful ITSM processes such as Incident, Change, and DevOps Vulnerability Response.

Configuring Discovery probes, sensors, and/or patterns to ensure high data accuracy and integrity of our CMDB; experience moving to discovery patterns.

Core Platform and ServiceNow scripting knowledge with hands‑on experience is a must; experience with ATF, Service Portal, Platform Analytics, and UI Builder is a plus.

Experience enhancing Discovery performance and coverage, building effective dashboards for senior managers, service owners, and executives to show accurate and up‑to‑date CMDB health.

Experience designing and implementing multiple integrations to third‑party systems.

Leverage proven and innovative technology approaches to solve challenging business problems.

Provide technical assessments, written documentation, and technical expertise.

Work on continuous improvement by sharing experiences and knowledge with the team.

Advise on options, risks, and impacts on business processes and technical architecture.

What we would like to see and expect to see:

5 years of experience as a key resource for large‑scale ITOM solutions, including at least 3 years as a ServiceNow Architect/Lead or ServiceNow Solution Consultant.

3 years of ServiceNow experience with a strong focus on Discovery, Service Mapping, & Event Mgmt.

Validated successful oversight of several ServiceNow ITOM implementations.

Expert knowledge of third‑party integrations with ServiceNow Discovery probes, sensors, patterns and Service Mapping configurations, and Event Management rules for correlation of events and alerts from monitoring tools.

Ability to provide technical leadership and professional guidance to managers, team, and vendors.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification.

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Certification – Service Mapping & Event Management (SAM and Cloud Management is a plus).

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
