JR5000STV is seeking a Process Mechanical BIM Specialist for our Water Practice to provide leadership, technical guidance, and mentorship in building information modeling (BIM) for any of our Texas locations. The ideal candidate will have the technical acumen and managerial skills to facilitate smooth design, coordination, and construction workflows while optimizing project quality and productivity.**Responsibilities include:*** Create and manage detailed process mechanical 3D BIM models, ensuring they are accurate and up to date throughout the project life cycle.* Collaborate with technical and design teams to develop, implement, and maintain company-wide BIM standards, procedures, and protocols.* Participate in multi-disciplinary BIM coordination meetings and facilitate resolution of complex design and coordination issues.* Provide hands-on support for BIM software suite, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal performance.* Evaluate project deliverables for compliance with BIM execution plans, standards, and client requirements.* Promote continuous improvement by leveraging best practices and lessons learned.**Requirements:*** Associate degree or higher education* 6+ years of AEC industry experience with a strong focus on BIM for process mechanical design.* Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.* Experience with Revit, AutoCAD and ACC platforms.* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to participate in cross-functional teams.* Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.**Preferred but not Required:*** Professional Certification in BIM Management.* Knowledge of construction scheduling and estimating practices.Compensation Range:$55,392.00 - $73,856.00STV offers the following benefits • Health insurance, including an option with a Health Savings Account • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • Flexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care and Transit and Parking where applicable) • Disability insurance • Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment • 401(k) Plan • Retirement Counseling • Employee Assistance Program • Paid Time Off (16 days) • Paid Holidays (9 days) • Back-Up Dependent Care (up to 10 days per year) • Parental Leave (up to 80 hours) • Continuing Education Program • Professional Licensure and Society MembershipsSTV is committed to paying all of its employees in a fair, equitable, and transparent manner.
