Field Project Manager at Kelly Pay Rate:

Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm

Summary Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Field Project Manager for a dynamic client in the construction industry. This is a hands‑on position responsible for managing multiple construction projects of varying complexity from inception to completion, ensuring all milestones are achieved on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously.

Facilitate project planning sessions to determine scope and objectives.

Partner with business stakeholders to establish project goals and define performance metrics.

Develop detailed project timelines, identify milestones, monitor progress, and ensure on‑time delivery.

Identify, track, and resolve project issues proactively with other team members.

Communicate project status regularly to teams and stakeholders.

Plan and monitor budgets; conduct research and thorough analysis to inform decision‑making.

Proactively manage project risk, using quality tools to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.

Document project updates, team learnings, and maintain accurate project records.

Assign and manage resources appropriately; coach team members to achieve project objectives.

Provide feedback and share best practices with internal teams.

Qualifications

Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in construction project management required.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

Strong aptitude in budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.

Proficiency with project management software and tools.
