Responsibilities
Pipeline Generation
– Generate 5+ qualified meetings per month after ramp‑up.
Methodology Mastery
– Master signal‑based outbound methodology within the first 2 weeks.
Execute multi‑channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone).
Qualify prospects using ICP criteria and strategic fit.
Prospect Engagement
Research and identify decision‑makers at target accounts.
Craft personalized messages that stand out and generate responses.
Handle objections and qualify buying intent before booking meetings.
Use our advanced sales‑tool stack to maximize efficiency and output.
Process Excellence
Maintain detailed CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline forecasting.
Test and iterate messaging frameworks to improve conversion rates.
Hand over prospects to Account Executives for seamless transitions.
Deliver insights from prospect conversations to refine ICP and positioning.

0‑2 years experience as SDR/BDR or proven top performance in customer‑centric roles.
Strong written and verbal communication in German and English.

Resilience and perseverance in dealing with rejection.
Digital proficiency and ability to master new sales tools quickly.
