Role Overview We’re looking for an Operations Analyst who will be at the heart of our supply‑chain operations for the US and Canada. If you love working with data and thrive on keeping things running smoothly, this could be your perfect fit. You’ll make sure our reporting is spot‑on, dive into inventory and allocation data, and keep communication flowing between our internal teams and external partners. In short, you’ll help us stay efficient and ahead of the game.
Responsibilities
Develop, own, and maintain recurring operational reports, including stock and Days on Hand (DOH) metrics
Prepare and analyze Slow Moving and Obsolete (SLOB) inventory reports
Perform allocation versus shipment reconciliations and manage Canada allocation reporting
Identify low or excess stock levels, assess risks, and elevate issues promptly
Support ad‑hoc analysis and reporting using Excel and Power BI
Share monthly forecasts with suppliers, highlighting changes and priorities
Enter allocation requests and maintain allocation trackers
Maintain transfer price and master data across Shopify, DMS, and SAP APO systems
Oversee Shopify and gallery inventory data and conduct bi‑monthly gallery inventory counts
Manage DMS uploads and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) reporting
Act as key user for SAP APO and provide technical maintenance for Power Applications
Qualifications You’re someone who loves digging into data and solving problems with precision. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are a must. Organization and clear communication—both written and spoken—are second nature to you. Ideally, you have previous experience in Supply Chain, Finance, or Analytics. You’re confident with Excel and data modeling, and if you’ve worked with Power BI, that’s a big plus. Knowledge of SAP is essential, and experience with the SAP APO planning module will make you stand out.
