FIFO from Perth or live locally in Kambalda or Kalgoorlie area
Lead and develop a high‑performing surface mining team
The Opportunity In this role, you will supervise and deliver surface mining operations as part of our Surface Mining team at our owner‑operated St Ives mine.

Skills & Qualifications
Extensive experience operating machinery in an open pit mine in a senior capacity
Proven performance management experience with the ability to coach, mentor and positively influence teams
Hold a DMIRS Section 26 statutory supervisor accreditation
About the Role
Lead and support crews to work effectively together and collaborate with other teams and stakeholders
Run effective pre‑starts and handovers, ensuring clear communication across shifts
Coach and supervise the team to safely deliver operational outcomes in line with Gold Fields’ values
