The Opportunity In this role, you will supervise mining operators to ensure safe and efficient underground production as part of our Underground Production team at our owner‑operated Agnew mine.

Skills & Qualifications
WA Underground Supervisors Certificate of Competency
Previous supervisory experience, preferably within a gold mining environment
Demonstrated planning and forecasting knowledge
Experience using Microsoft Office & mining software (SAP, INX)
Valid Driver’s Licence, WA Dangerous Goods Card, Working at Heights, and Confined Spaces
About the Role
Provide effective leadership and development for the crew
Mentor and support progress of assigned tasks and address issues
Identify improvement opportunities and implement alternatives
Assist Underground Manager with change management initiatives and projects
Liaise with Coordinator on operating parameters and technical issues, maintaining open communication with operators.
Collaborate with crew to set accountabilities, roles, and development plans
Assist with project planning and supervision of Business Partners
