Business Development Manager
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in real estate sales and business development. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, hands-on experience managing Market Requirement Forms (MRF) and Sales Requirement Forms (SRF), and a proven ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities, clients, and partnerships within the real estate sector. Manage client requirements through accurate completion and tracking of MRFs and SRFs. Build and maintain long-term relationships with property developers, investors, and clients. Conduct market research to uncover growth areas, trends, and competitive opportunities. Present and promote real estate products and services to potential clients. Maintain CRM records, manage pipelines, and follow up on all leads and marketing campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements and documentation are handled efficiently. Stay informed on real estate market trends and recommend strategies for continued business growth.
