Business Management:
Strategically manage the territory to promote the GlideScope® product line, execute sales strategies, and capture opportunities identified in the Total Available Market segmentation. Be a Trusted Partner:
Generate new business and maintain existing relationships by understanding customer needs, building rapport, and influencing key stakeholders across clinical nursing, administration and other departments. Achieve and Exceed Revenue Targets:
Drive a high volume of sales activity through prospecting, product evaluations, proposal generation, presentations, and negotiations. Forecast pipeline to support monthly, quarterly, and annual goals. Understand Your Market:
Continuously learn industry and market information to adapt to demand shifts, engage in strategic planning, and provide thorough sales reporting to leadership. Who are we looking for?

Combines medical technology enthusiasm with clinical acumen to influence decision‑making. Basic Requirements
2+ years B2B outside sales experience. Meet vendor credentialing requirements for all healthcare systems (including COVID‑19 vaccination). Insurable with a valid driver’s license. Able to lift up to 100 lb and carry up to 25 lb. Reside within territory (southeast Michigan or Toledo, OH) preferred. No required overnight travel (0 nights per month on average). Travel outside territory for annual meetings, regional meetings and training as needed. The Benefits of Working with Us
Additional Commission Potential:
