Town Administrator

Town Administrator Easton, MA (25,000 pop.), an historic, community-oriented suburban town in Bristol County, known for its strong civic identity, high-performing schools, exceptional open spaces, and commitment to thoughtful long-term planning, is seeking an experienced and talented municipal manager who is financially savvy, collaborative, and visionary, to serve as Town Administrator. The Town Administrator must be an honest, transparent and skilled communicator who can strategically guide the town into the future. The town has an Aa3 rating and FY26 budget of $107.1M. Easton has a five-member Select Board and Open Town Meeting. Preferred candidates will have a master’s degree, preferably in public or business administration or a related field and demonstrated prior success in leading a complex municipal organization. Preferred candidates should be a superior communicator, forward-thinking strategic planner, collaborative, and highly proficient in municipal financial management, budgeting, and long-term planning.

Annual Salary:

$215K+/- DOQ.
