Client Growth Specialist

(CGS) and play a key role in helping local businesses discover how Express can support their hiring needs.

About the job This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑activity sales environment. You will use social selling, digital outreach, direct prospecting, and phone calls to capture attention, schedule appointments, and fuel the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the Partner/Owner, who will collaborate with you on client meetings and assist with closing.

You will also be part of a Client Growth Specialist cohort, working alongside others in the same role. In this role, you'll never feel alone. You will collaborate, share ideas, test new approaches, and learn from one another while receiving guidance and support from leadership.

What You Will Do

Make high-volume outreach to local businesses through calls, social platforms, and in-person networking

Build a strong digital presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other channels

Create and share engaging content that highlights Express solutions and client success stories

Identify hiring signals and convert leads into qualified discovery appointments for the Partner/Owner

Collaborate with fellow CGSs and leadership to refine outreach strategies and share best practices

Track outreach activity, engagement, and appointment results to maintain consistent momentum

What Success Looks Like

7 to 10 qualified discovery appointments scheduled per week

100+ meaningful connections with decision‑makers weekly

Consistent social engagement and content creation

Strong collaboration with the Partner/Owner and CGS cohort to support closing efforts

Demonstrated persistence and follow‑through on all outreach activities

What We Are Looking For

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience in direct sales or social selling (B2B or B2C preferred)

Tech‑savvy with proficiency in social platforms, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools

Comfortable with high-volume outreach and goal‑driven activity

Self‑motivated, organized, and eager to learn

Coachable and resilient, with a mindset for consistent performance

Sales experience is highly preferred. We value mindset and work ethic.
