North American Roofing is a commercial roofing contractor in the United States. We are searching for a Sales professional with experience developing National Accounts who can help us continue our growth Nationwide. Ideally located anywhere in the Southeast of the US.

Purpose of the job: The National Account Manager is an experienced and dynamic sales professional. Responsible for leading and driving sales engagements. Passionate about solving critical structural challenges facing our customers in the buildings they occupy with a solution for every stage and age of their roof. Sell commercial roofing solutions and service.

Job Responsibilities:

Drive and orchestrate complex sales cycles with customers, focusing on attaining enterprise-wide deployments

Utilize the national sales model to generate leads

Develop and manage account specific strategies to educate and engage appropriate, decision-making personnel, resulting in the generation of sales

Work with our internal partners and teams to best serve the customer.

Proactively prospect and develop accounts by cold calling, social media, emails and face to face meetings.

Identify and network with decision makers of national accounts to secure all business opportunities

Bring your experience and consultative selling skills to re‑initiate long‑standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors.

Possess the skills to open new corporate accounts.

Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape and customer needs so you can effectively position NAR.

Engage a programmatic approach to demand generation to expand wallet share in existing and new corporate accounts.

Leverage prospect issues and concerns to create compelling value propositions with insights to existing and new accounts.

Stay updated on industry news and trends, and how they affect NARs products and services.

Build customer relationships, prepare presentation materials, prospect, and close on accounts

Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of B2B sales experience with a heavy emphasis in solution selling

2+ years of experience in selling to large enterprise accounts both new and existing

Proficient in CRM in either HubSpot or Salesforce.

Proven track record of selling big ticket capital expenditures

Strong skills in relationship building, prospecting and closing

Know how to create, present, and articulate an account strategy and tactical planning, in writing and stored in CRM.

Proficient skills in Microsoft outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

Advanced communication and negotiation skills in challenging sales situations

Able to Lead all aspects of the sales cycle with the ability to uncover, qualify, develop, spec and close new business in new accounts and existing accounts.

Must be able to climb a ladder; may require lifting up to 50 lbs.

Must have clean driving record

Travel up to 50% required as needed

Preferred experience and knowledge of commercial roofing and/or in selling contractor type services to large enterprises, .

Preferred training on MS Dynamics

Preferred experience cultivating beneficial relationships with consultants

Preferred experience with SPIN, Sandler, The Challenger, or other sales strategies
