Digital Marketing Lead, CRM and Growth – The Hired Guns Hybrid, Greater Los Angeles Area, CA – Full Time / Direct Hire

Salary range: $130,000 to $160,000 per year

Role Overview Lead the definition and execution of end‑to‑end client journeys, craft and test a robust digital roadmap, and drive leads while enhancing the firm’s digital presence.

Responsibilities

Design comprehensive client journeys based on personas and all key touchpoints.

Develop and execute a winning digital marketing strategy, testing and learning to refine channel effectiveness.

Boost the firm’s social media presence on LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, and TikTok.

Define landing page and content requirements, collaborating closely with graphic designers and content creators.

Build and optimize email campaigns using Pardot marketing automation.

Support all phases of digital lead generation and client engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

5+ years of digital marketing experience; preference for financial services.

CRM and lead generation experience required.

Proven ability to build strategies from the ground up and test across channels.

Track record of scaling digital marketing within an organization.

Experience with Pardot marketing automation and email campaign design.

Deep familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.

Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.

Self‑starter who thrives under tight deadlines and fast‑paced environments.
