Role Description: As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Mark Murphy - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Responsibilities:
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
Assist with customer retention strategies.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in customer service preferred.
Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee.
I am a second generation State Farm agent.
I am a proud graduate of Western Illinois University.
Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Bronze Tablet, and New Agent Program Qualifier
