WMP Eyewear is a fast‑growing DTC eyewear brand where paid media is a core growth driver. We’re looking for a Paid Creative Strategist to own paid creative performance across Meta, TikTok, and Google — from concept through iteration. This role is for someone who deeply understands hooks, copy, and creative testing inside modern ad algorithms and knows how to turn insights into high‑performing ads.
What You’ll Own
Hook iteration and messaging strategy for paid ads
Select, prioritize, and refine paid ad concepts based on performance and testing strategy
Create clear ad iteration briefs for graphic designers and content creators
Review and refine paid creative in partnership with the Creative Manager
Own paid creative direction across Meta, TikTok, and Google
Continuously test, learn, and iterate to improve performance
What We’re Looking For
Extremely strong copywriter: hooks, headlines, and angles are a core strength
Proven (required)
Deep understanding of Meta ads and how the Meta algorithm works
Hands‑on experience creating and iterating paid creative (not just managing agencies)
Strong creative judgment with a performance mindset
Comfortable moving fast, testing often, and making data‑informed decisions
