A Vermont-based creative entrepreneur is seeking an exceptional personal executive assistant to support multiple professional, nonprofit, and community-facing responsibilities.
This role is ideal for a true professional who thrives on organization, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving. You will help bring structure, efficiency, and calm to a dynamic, multi-faceted workload.
Responsibilities
Calendar management across multiple responsibilities
Email support: drafting, responding, prioritizing, and follow-ups
Scheduling and light travel coordination
Writing and refining content (emails, short posts, outreach, blurbs)
Social media support and scheduling
Creating clean, professional graphics
Maintaining systems, workflows, and organization
Location & Schedule
Hybrid role: primarily remote
A few in-person days per month in Manchester, VT
Starting at 6–8 hours/week, with potential to grow
Ideal Candidate
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
A strong, confident writer who can adapt tone and voice
Tech-comfortable (Mac, Apple Mail, Gmail, Google Calendar)
Proactive, self-motivated, and discreet
An excellent communicator with strong follow-through
Nice to Have
Executive assistant or operations experience
Social media or content coordination experienceFamiliarity with creative, arts, or nonprofit environments
Compensation $40–$55/hour, commensurate with experience, with review after an initial period.
