A growing residential youth services organization in the St. Cloud area is seeking a
Program Coordinator
to support daily operations across multiple residential homes serving teenagers. This role is ideal for someone with prior residential, foster care, or DSP leadership experience who is passionate about supporting youth and leading frontline staff.
What You’ll Do
Support, train, and hold Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) accountable to program standards
Create and manage staff schedules, including coverage for call-outs and on-call rotations
Coordinate care plans, activities, and daily programming for youth residents
Provide hands‑on DSP support and cover shifts as needed
Deliver feedback, coaching, and training to staff
Complete required documentation accurately and on time
Collaborate closely with the Program Manager to support program growth and quality
Schedule & Pay
Full‑time (average 40 hours/week)
Shifts: 10am–6pm or 11am–7pm
Some on-call responsibilities (evenings and every other weekend)
Flexibility provided when covering shifts
Salary:
$48,000 annually
Mileage reimbursement for use of personal vehicle (after 30 miles/week)
What We’re Looking For Previous experience in residential care, foster care, youth services, or similar environments Experience supervising or supporting DSPs or frontline staff
Strong scheduling, organization, and documentation skills
Comfort using Excel or similar tools for scheduling and coordination
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
Genuine passion for working with youth facing mental health challenges
Work takes place in residential homes with teenagers
