About The Role We are looking for a
Growth Engineer (Marketing Strategist)
with strong B2B experience and a hands‑on, execution‑driven mindset. In this role, you will take ownership of B2B lead generation and demand creation, designing and running growth initiatives across channels such as LinkedIn, Google, and targeted outbound outreach. You will develop strategies from scratch, launch and optimize campaigns, and continuously test what drives qualified leads and revenue impact. Your work will directly increase inbound lead volume and quality, improve paid and organic campaign performance, and help refine our go‑to‑market approach as we scale. This is an individual contributor role; ownership of end‑to‑end campaign set‑up, execution, and optimization in a remote‑first environment is essential.
Impact & Ownership
Drive lead generation and pipeline growth through LinkedIn campaigns, Google Ads, and targeted outbound strategies.
Track, analyze, and optimize B2B growth campaigns across paid, organic, and outbound channels.
Plan and coordinate lead generation events.
Create and test messaging, targeting, and positioning to improve conversion rates and lead quality.
Experiment with new acquisition channels and approaches, continuously testing and refining what works.
Track, analyze, and report on growth metrics and KPIs, turning insights into concrete actions.
Work closely with founders, sales, and product teams to align growth initiatives with business priorities.
Requirements
2–6 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or a fast‑growing startup.
Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and outbound/targeted outreach strategies.
Strong data‑driven mindset with the ability to define KPIs, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns.
Strong problem‑solving skills with a high level of ownership and accountability.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity, building growth strategies from scratch, and iterating quickly.
Fluent in English (C1/C2).
