Job Description At present, Edconic’s core schools are Sotheby’s Institute of Art, Vogue College of Fashion, The School of The New York Times, Manchester City Sports Business School, and WIRED Education. With program portfolios that range from pre-college programs to online courses and graduate degrees there is a constant cycle and wide variety of enrollment and marketing activities geared to drive student growth, retention, and brand-building.

Key Responsibilities

Work with subject matter experts, internal teams, and academic teams to design, develop, and implement engaging and effective learning solutions using instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, etc.)

Create high-quality, interactive course content for both eLearning and instructor‑led formats, ensuring content is aligned with learning objectives and organizational goals

Develop assessments, evaluations, and other learning materials

Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in all course materials (e.g., WCAG standards)

Leverage learning management systems (Canvas) to publish, track, and report on learning programs

Leadership & Management

Collaborate with internal teammates and a team of contractors, delegating tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring timelines are met

Manage the performance of contractors, providing feedback and guidance to ensure the quality and consistency of deliverablesFoster strong communication and collaboration within the team, ensuring alignment with overall project goals

Conduct regular stand‑ups and meetings with SMES and stakeholders to review progress, resolve issues, and ensure successful completion of learning projects

Program Management

Lead the scheduling and planning of assigned program initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities

Monitor project timelines and ensure resources are allocated effectively to meet deadlines

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of training programs

Track and report on the progress of learning programs, adjusting strategies and resources as needed

Other Responsibilities

Continuously evaluate and improve instructional strategies to enhance learning outcomes and learner engagement

Stay current with trends and best practices in instructional design, eLearning technologies, and adult learning theory

Manage and consult on the design aspects of programs

Zoom account management Requirements

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high academic and professional standards

Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset for working with internal and external stakeholders

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 2‑4 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Familiar with instructional design software:

Adobe Suite: Photoshop / InDesign / Illustrator / Premiere

Articulate: Storyline / Rise

Canvas: HTML

Microsoft Suite: SharePoint / Teams / Word / Excel / PowerPoint

Preferred

Proficient in Spanish
