The Executive Administrative Assistant II reports directly to the Executive Assistant to the President & CEO and does not have any direct reports. The incumbent serves as a key administrative resource supporting assigned executives through effective management of schedules, communications, and logistical requirements, ensuring seamless operational flow in alignment with corporate objectives. Travel Requirements
Minimal travel is required, primarily for occasional conference attendance and executive meetings to effectively support organizational objectives. Physical Requirements
Tasks include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, operating a computer, and handling office equipment such as telephones and printers; occasional walking, standing, and lifting of supplies and equipment up to 15 pounds.
