About The Job We are committed to providing high-quality, ethical ABA services to families in under‑represented communities throughout the San Fernando Valley and surrounding areas. We are seeking a Traveling Case Supervisor / BCBA who is passionate about individualized, in‑home service delivery and maintaining a manageable caseload to support clinical excellence.

This is a fully community‑based role with no clinic in the Valley. Supervision and services are provided in client homes, schools, and community settings. Candidates must be comfortable traveling locally within the Valley and nearby regions as part of their regular schedule.

BCBAs, BCaBAs, and Master’s‑level professionals pursuing BCBA certification are encouraged to apply. As a Case Supervisor, you will work closely with a collaborative clinical team, receive ongoing mentorship, and contribute to clinical growth, policy development, and innovative service delivery models.

Key Responsibilities

Report to the Clinical Director and collaborate with clinical leadership.

Travel throughout the San Fernando Valley and surrounding areas to provide direct and indirect supervision in home and community settings.

Build strong, professional relationships with clients and families.

Supervise, train, and support Behavior Technicians (BTs).

Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill acquisition assessments (e.g., VB‑MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, Vineland‑3).

Develop data systems, analyze performance data, and update treatment plans.

Ensure program fidelity and accurate documentation.

Participate in clinical meetings and company‑wide initiatives.

Provide crisis support and ensure ethical, culturally responsive care.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.

BCBA certification or active pursuit of certification (preferred).

Minimum of 2 years of ABA supervisory experience (2‑tier or 3‑tier models).

Experience conducting FBAs and writing comprehensive reports (preferred).

Ability and willingness to travel to in‑home cases throughout the San Fernando Valley.

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Cultural humility and commitment to serving diverse populations.

Availability to work occasional weekends (especially Saturdays).
