Ideal Candidate Profile:
Seeking a highly analytical, organized, and collaborative Scrum Master/Business Analyst (Salesforce) with advanced program management and Salesforce Administration expertise. This position requires advanced Salesforce administration knowledge, strong program and delivery management capabilities, Scrum Master Expertise including backlog management and ceremony facilitation, as well as business analysis capabilities to translate user needs into system solutions. Experience with complex Salesforce environments is required, and Agentforce experience is highly preferred. The candidate will also support and lead UAT efforts, training initiatives, stakeholder communication, and end-user adoption activities.
Job Duties & Responsibilities Program & Delivery Management
Oversee program planning, delivery timelines, and cross-team execution for Salesforce initiatives
Identify, manage, and resolve complex cross-functional dependencies
Ensure transparency of program status, risks, and release roadmaps
Track and report progress against commitments, quality metrics, and delivery outcomes
Maintain documentation of business processes, release notes, workflows, and program artifacts
Scrum Responsibilities
Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Support a structure of continuous improvement by managing retrospective actions to completion
Remove impediments through proactive problem-solving and stakeholder coordination
Business Analysis & End-User Engagement
Work with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into scalable solutions
Facilitate UAT sessions and functional demonstrations across multiple teams
Lead onboarding, training, and change-management activities
Drive user adoption through structured communication and support
Build positive team dynamics and strong relationships with customers, users, and technical staff
Other Duties as Assigned Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree + 5+ years experience across application development lifecycle, infrastructure engineering, or application hosting
Minimum 3+ years as a business analyst
5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud)
Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
Salesforce Admin Certification preferred
Experience working in Agile delivery environments
Strong working knowledge of Jira for backlog and sprint management
Ability to foster a data-driven, structured Agile culture
Demonstrated ability to balance team capacity, prioritization, quality, and deadlines
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks; ability to coach teams in Agile best practices
Experience leading multi-functional project or scrum teams on complex, integrated platforms
Strong leadership presence with accountability for end-to-end delivery
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
Experience with Salesforce configuration or implementation
