Job Description
Package orders and prepare goods for shipment
Receive, unpack, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies
Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments using shipping records
Track and document all inbound and outbound shipments
Maintain accurate inventory counts (physical and digital)
Update inventory systems and databases with shipment activity
Load and unload deliveries as required
Dispose of obsolete or excess inventory per direction
Support development and execution of inventory control procedures
Identify and optimize commonly used inventory items
Assist with vendor ordering and replenishment activities
Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, service, and accounting
Perform regular cycle counts and facility inventory audits
Prepare inventory reports for management review
Support other team members with inventory counting and data entry
File claims related to defective or damaged goods and manage returns
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and shelving standards
Maintain tools, test equipment, and supplies in good working order
Support light refurbishment or preparation of equipment for redeployment
Recycle unused or obsolete parts and equipment when appropriate
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or related operations
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
Ability to stand, bend, and work for extended periods in a warehouse environment
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
Comfortable learning and using computer-based systems and inventory software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated with solid problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)
