Job Description Are you an experienced
Customer Service Representative
looking for a new opportunity with a prestigious healthcare company? Do you want the chance to advance your career by joining a rapidly growing company? If you answered “yes” to any of these questions – this is the position for you!
Daily Responsibilities
Primary job function is answering inbound calls
Provider inquiries regarding eligibility, benefits and claims for their Ambetter insurance
Various off phone projects
Responding to email inquiries and secured portal messages
Investigating claim issues and following up with billing offices
Requesting EOBs
Hours for this Position
Start Date: 11/10 with 3 weeks of Call Center training
