What You Will Be Doing:

The API Office within Developer Services is the consumer storefront for IT teams looking to develop, publish, and consume APIs. As an IT Business Analyst, you will support the API Office in work coordination, product administration, and reporting. You will serve as the team’s Scrum Master, collaborating closely with technical teams to manage incoming requests, plan architecture sessions, and champion Agile best practices. Additionally, you will manage license usage, maintain team documentation, and deliver dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate meetings, organize team events, and perform product administration/admin tasks.

Triage, prioritize, assign, and manage incoming technical work requests to completion.

Plan and schedule architecture working sessions, including developing agendas and inviting participants.

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Refinement, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives).

Ensure adherence to Agile principles, drive continuous improvement, and remove team blockers.

Update and organize team documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Compile data, deliver reports, and create dashboards for analytics and decision-making.

Manage and optimize license usage and access for team-managed tools.

Evaluate technical requests to determine feasibility and research options that best serve technical needs.

Required Skills & Experience:

Must reside in St. Louis, Missouri, or the immediate surrounding area.

1-2 years of related experience in Information Technology, preferably supporting a large organization.

Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to track multiple initiatives and tasks simultaneously.

Hands‑on experience using Agile/Scrum methodology and workflow management tools (e.g., Jira).

Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and structured walkthroughs.

Ability to triage and prioritize work requests in a fast‑paced environment.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Prior experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.

Experience managing Jira‑based Agile teams and SharePoint customer knowledgebase sites.

Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

Previous experience specifically in a Business Analyst role.

General understanding of API concepts, including REST, event‑driven architecture, integration patterns, and lifecycle management.

Pay:

$30.80 - $44.00 /hr.
