POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Project Engineer will support the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects across cross‑functional teams. This role involves technical coordination, schedule tracking, documentation, and stakeholder communication to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Environmental or related field)
Minimum of 3 years of engineering or project‑related experience
Strong understanding of engineering principles, project coordination, and technical documentation
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional and multicultural environment
Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non‑standard work hours as necessary.
Capable of effectively managing job‑related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing engineering projects from initiation through completion
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and technical documentation
Coordinate with design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams
Review engineering drawings, specifications, and change requests
Track project risks, issues, and mitigation plans
Support procurement, vendor coordination, and contractor oversight
Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements
Prepare regular project status reports and present updates to stakeholders
Support continuous improvement initiatives and lessons‑learned documentation
WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION:
Inside environmental conditions protected from weather conditions not necessarily temperature conditions.
Outside environmental conditions, no effective protection from weather.
Subject to extreme cold, temperatures below 32 degrees for periods of more than one hour.
Subject to extreme heat, temperatures above 100 degrees for periods of more than one hour.
Subject to noise causing reason to shout in order to be heard above the noise level.
