Pay Range Base pay: $20.50/hr – $21.50/hr. During our training program, hourly rate is $18.50 – $19.50. Immediately after training, rate increased to $20.50 – $21.50 based on experience.
Being a Behavior Technician means more than just having a job; it’s a chance to make a real difference. You’ll use your energy and creativity to support children on the autism spectrum while gaining paid training and nationally recognized credentials that open doors in psychology, early childhood education, and behavioral healthcare.
Responsibilities Conduct one‑on‑one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Precision Teaching sessions with children ages 1 to 12.
Work under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who design individualized programs.
Follow training and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
Full‑time: Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, 30–40 hours per week, no weekends or evenings.
Part‑time: Morning block 7:45 am–1:15 pm or afternoon block 11:45 am–5:15 pm, 20–30 hours per week, no weekends or evenings.
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
At least 18 years old.
Motivation to work with children with exceptional abilities.
Coachable, consistent, reliable, and team‑oriented.
