Full-Stack Engineer – Learning Tech We’re seeking a Full-Stack Engineer who excels at tackling intricate technical problems and shipping features that matter. In this role, you’ll contribute to cutting‑edge AI‑driven products that reshape how individuals learn and develop. Your work will center on delivering excellence—building systems that scale, remain maintainable, and create meaningful impact.

Our Products Are Redefining The Learning Landscape

TeachTap: Uses AI to animate historical figures within a TikTok‑style educational platform.

TeachTales: Captivates learners through personalized, enchanting narratives that enhance understanding.

TimeBack: Functions as an intelligent learning assistant, embedding into current applications to provide proactive student coaching.

Athena: Employs AI‑generated video content and assessments to produce quantifiable educational results.

This position is designed to create tangible impact through functional software. You’ll leverage AI‑assisted development tools and cloud‑native infrastructure to construct full‑stack solutions addressing substantive challenges— not simply completing task lists. Expect to deploy rapidly while maintaining quality, selecting the most straightforward appropriate approach that reconciles immediate velocity with sustained maintainability.

What You Will Be Doing

Develop and Deploy Complete Features: Guide user stories from concept through production impact; refine specifications, architect scalable implementations, implement both server‑side and client‑side logic, validate thoroughly, and release to live environments.

Identify and Resolve Defects: Diagnose problems using root cause methodology, address underlying issues (rather than surface symptoms), and prevent future regressions through strategic testing.

Elevate Engineering Standards: Assess technical plans and code submissions to verify clarity, simplicity, and correctness, preventing technical debt accumulation from the outset.

What You Won’t Be Doing

Creating pixel‑perfect interfaces or intricate backend systems as ends in themselves.

Executing specifications mechanically without grasping the underlying challenge.

Spending excessive time in meetings debating roadmaps and priorities or tracking down stakeholders.

Simply delivering features; your accountability extends to solving genuine user problems.

Full Stack Engineer Key Responsibilities

Applying AI to create software that addresses authentic user needs, deploys quickly, and remains sustainable over time.

Basic Requirements

A minimum of 4 years writing production‑grade code for both frontend and backend components of web applications (framework‑agnostic).

Proven ownership: Track record of owning entire modules, product capabilities, or teams—beyond isolated task execution.

Self‑directed execution: Capacity to remove your own blockers, establish your own rhythm, and navigate forward through uncertain conditions.

Practical experience incorporating generative A.I. into your regular development workflow.
