Overview
Action Behavior Centers – ABA Therapy for Autism is seeking a Behavior Analyst in Training (BCBA Intern) to join our Rising Stars program. This role supports behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians working toward their BCBA credential.
Key Responsibilities
Supervisee has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours)
All Restricted hours completed
Provide early intervention therapy in a center‑based setting
Shape the minds of children aged 18 months to 8 years old
Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child
Collaborate with BCBA’s and the team dedicated to living ABC’s core values
Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules
Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team
Qualifications
Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable master’s program
Benefits and Compensation
Base pay: \$24.00/hr – \$30.00/hr, based on experience and supervision hour completion
Potential wage increases every 6 months
Guaranteed path to BCBA with competitive salary upon completion
Bonuses based on accrued hours, up to \$1,500 per year
Guaranteed full‑time hours (32–40 hrs/week) regardless of patient cancellations
No‑cost supervision hours; no deductions or claw‑backs for dedicated supervision time
\$5,000 BCBA Pass Bonus for passing the exam on first attempt at ABC
